I know this doesn't directly answer the question but I want to draw this scene so bad! XD
UF Papyrus is a awesome cook in canon so I guess there's no arguing that his cooking must be magnificent.
As for UT Paps... welp~ I think UT Chara'll still prefer chocolate anyway. www

UF Papyrus官方設定就是個超讚的廚師，所以我想廚藝肯定是棒的沒得說
UT Paps嘛... 嘛~UT Chara應該只對巧克力比較有興趣吧www
