This is another Rider I made. I made this one a long time ago.

His bio is like this:

On an ordinary day, during an excavation of a ruins, a young explorer by the name of Andrew Taylor found a shiny rock called the Stone Of Lightning. He brought it back to his apartment in the city of Tokyo to study it. You see, his parents died years ago. It happened while he was graduating high school. He originally lived in Sacremento, California, but moved to Japan.
He found out that it was used to seal a bunch of monsters called the Slendrons. They were a race of monsters that were under the guidance of a mad bandit named Kenichiro Onigumoin, who has now been revived to destroy the world and recreate it in his twisted image.
However, Andrew has combined his life of exploration with his life of being a record breaking stuntman. And one night, the stone reacts to the aura of Slendrons in the area. The stone merges with Andrew and shows him it's true power. It held the power of the wolf and it shows him the image of a warrior who fought for peace, justice and freedom for all humanity.
Now, Andrew must fight against the Slendrons as the Prince of the Lightning Strike; Kamen Rider WHITE!

This is a mini-series I am thinking about putting up on www.fanfiction.net, so look forward to seeing this up there.
He will also appear in Kamen Rider Zero: The Battle with Marauderon arc, and he will be Zero/Takashi Wakamaru's ally in the saga.
