Well from what you said earlier about Rain being used to the magic Xander has been on the island for almost a year, he's used to it as well.
It doesn't mean he always likes the results!
It's more that he was still in a darker place when it happened. He was just starting to get over crap and then the sprites done stole his wardrobe! XD He was not a happy camper.

True but by the second transformation he had accepted that weird stuff happens on the island. Xander is the type of guy who rolls with the punches... unless something huge happens like losing two people he cares about right about the same time.
