Personality:
Winter has a pretty laid back attitude in life, though that is not to say he doesn't care about what goes on around him or ignores it. He just takes things as they come and deals with them as he sees fit. He also is a pretty quite guy though not out of shyness, he just doesn't like to talk much, but he still pretty good humored and playful. He likes to try new things and just enjoy life with all it's ups and downs. (Hey you can't have a happy life with out a little sadness right?) He can get annoyed pretty easily though if you press the right buttons or talk down to him but over all he is pretty easy going and is pretty forgiving if you apologize for anything offensive you may have said to him.
History:
Born the youngest in his family, Winter was often babied by his parents and especially his two older sisters. From a young age, his sisters would dot on him and often use him as kind of a living doll, dressing poor Winter up in what the pair considered 'cute' much to the young Azurill's displeasure. He learned very quickly that the only way to get away from their little 'make overs' was to hide somewhere outside where they couldn't find him, until they either gave up or it got too dark out. Lucky for him Cyllage City had lots of places to hide both on land and sea. Though as time went on it became less and less about hiding from his sisters's doting and more and more about him just loving to be outside. By the time he was 12, Winter found that he loved climbing the steep cliffs near the town or diving deep into the ocean to see what treasures he could find, but most of all he just loved being out under the sun.
During one of his outings, the Azurill met an Outdoor Recreation Specialist by the name of Michael, who he quickly became friends with. The Floatzel taught Winter many different recreation activities and even how to properly Rock climb and Dive. The more Mike taught him the more Winter began to like the idea of it and even began to volunteer to help were he could. By the time Winter was 16, he had become a certified life guard and official began to start working for his friend as his right hand man. The work was tough but the young Marill really enjoyed the job and all it came with it. Teaching people how to do each activity, taking them on excursions, and even helping them out if they ever ran into trouble, all of it was fun in the young water type's eyes.
Winter continued to work for Mike for a few more years until he had turned 20, though over the years his sisters's antics truly started to get to him. Though they had out grown trying to dress him up in girly clothing, the pair still teased and doted on the the boy and even tried to force him into outfits that they thought would looks 'absolutely adorable' on him. Needless to say the young man had, had enough. That is until one day he got a strange letter in the mail telling about a strange island lost to time. Unsure of what to make of it, the marill showed the letter to his friend and former mentor who encouraged him to take the opportunity as it would be a good chance for him to get out on his own. Winter's parents agreed with the Floatzel, and soon Winter set out for the island, away from his sisters and hopefully a new chapter in his life.

- Hates it when someone or anyone talks down to him or treats him like a kid.

- Likes to play volleyball. (it was one of the few things he liked to do with his sisters)
- Winter's parents actually thought he was going to be a girl before he was born and were actually pretty surprised when he turned out to be a boy.
- His two older sisters are named Summer(28) and Autumn.(26)
- Both his sisters still live at their family home, but this is pretty much just for convenience of their jobs and it's cheeper then finding places of their own.
- He does not hate his sisters! He actually loves them dearly but can only handle them in small doses, especially when the two are together. (Though he gets along better with Autumn)
- He does not hate girls, but he does hate it if any girl tries to give him a makeover or dress him up.
- His app outfit is what he wears when he is not in or near the water. Otherwise he wears swim trunks and either a sleeveless zip up hoodie or no top at all.
