Personality: A very timid kid. He goes to elementary school and is classmates with Slit's younger brother. But that doesn't mean they like each other. Slit's younger brother tends to bully Top and give him a hard time. Luckily Top is the type of kid who won't seek for vengeance. He will never holds a grudge against anyone, for he likes to forgive and forget and not dwindle on the past. He tries to follow in his brother's footsteps and become the social type but his shyness always binds his tongue. He may not have a weapon, but he is never afraid stand up for himself or someone else, even if it risks his own safety.

Hobbies: Yo-yo. Basketball with his brother.

He used to be holding something which is why his paw pose looks funny. This was also the fastest drawing I've ever done. Lots of TWEWY style in this particular drawing as well. Spoiler alerts in his description about a possible comic I may create. It all depends on my dedication to do so xD.
