Description
Introducing the Links : D I’ve had these guys for a while, just never showed them in DA.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To all dragons, your links to which you’ve been borne,
Hold true the code you all have been sworn.
Protect the links with your own life,
Or have your choices be taken under the knife.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To all links, hear your dragons roar,
And remember the code to which you have swore.
The leaders are in peril, keep them safe in any land,
Or have your dragons be sickened by the blood on your hands.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And thats the two dragon codes
In this scene, the “link”, aka Griffith, could not protect his leader in time and instead stood and witnessed his death, therefore breaking his part of the code and dooming his dragon. Afterwards, a creature suddenly came down, killed his leader’s murderer, and then slashed him deep in the eye before disappearing and leaving a strange, bloody metallic feather on the ground.
The dragon, Navi, was in his cave when he suddenly started coughing, getting a lethal fever-like sickness soon after. Griffith came back to his dragon nearly dead.
This does not mean death for Griffith, however; it means much worse for him, if he stays in his home. Links who have broken codes usually receive a deep gash to the face by a mythical creature of war, the gash far worse than any wound in battle. If found alive with the gash, the link will be brought to the new leader, tortured, and either killed or sent away with nothing to help him survive the extreme weather surrounding the areas under link control.
