The idea came to the music of Two Steps from Hell. The same way I named this painting.
I really like Mordai. He gives the impression of a serious, quiet wolf, who knows his own worth and not exchanged for details.

Five stars for each seems like loads, but honestly this piece is worth it. You captured the emotions and brought it not just to the wolf, but even the scene around seems perfectly in tune to the subject point. It's amazingly detailed, I really love this piece. Even the features and the eyes show so much character, the wolf looks lone and strong, the scar hints at past battles or pain in the past, which is really intriguing and shows the strength of this wolf, as well as the stance. Having the wolf look over everything shows feeling, and majesty. You really captured the essence that he really does give the feeling of being a serious, quiet wolf, who knows his own worth, well done.

side profiles can be hard to pull off. love the detail on the nose. and the light showing subtle reality although keeping the illustrated look. very nice.
