This is so fucking lovely. I wished I would have time to drown you in praise, but sadly all I can say at the moment is that this drawing is amazing, super cute and has such a beautiful and adventurous feel to it. Great job Roxy.
All you do is of top quality, but this is probably now one of my new favourites
(Btw. You seem to be a Zelda fan (triforce necklance and stuff), but I can't recall having seen any Zelda themed art on here. Maybe you could do something like that when you are done with commisions and stuff)

A very cute scene, awesome coloration and detail with good linage and shading effects; the character and the pokemon are both well designed and nicely emotive.
The background also looks pretty good as does the bike.
