Oh man, Am i bored right now.Doodled this up just now. The sketch was rubbish but i think this came out ok.
Apart from the sketchyness of it... And rubbish colouring
Photoshop is playing up ¬_¬ -grrr-

Whaddaya think of my attempt at smoke?
Also the background has some Fire in it, I used Brushes so no credit taken for them (sorry cant remember where i got them)

the fire looks a little lava-ish... kinda like he's/she's coming out of a volcano; and the BG's very mountain-y looking so it kinda fits with the volcano theme lol
