Yes, he does have a full Jesmon digivolution. In fact, that's how his cape changed color from red to black and magenta.
For those unaware, Jesmon's special ability can rewrite reality itself. Story is that events early in the adventure caused him to warp digivolve to protect me. Then, as a sign that he would never allow that to happen again, he changed his cape to the colors of one of my favorite Kamen Riders (which I'd gotten him hooked on).
Cheesy? Yes. Totally Digimon? Also yes.

And I think he does? He's an OC I was commissioned to draw so who knows maybe one day his evolved forms might show up on here.
