This is very well done! I really like the colors you used, but you should try to save your files as PNGs or BITMAPs and not JPGs because JPGs give it that pixelly look. Also, his mouth is a little out of proportion; imagine the front of his face and draw only what you see from the side and not his entire mouth. Exellent job overall and keep up the good work!
