Bio:

Delta was born at a backyard breeding facility, their goal was to try to bring back more of the older more less common pokemon even if it meant inbreeding. One of the pokemon that they were looking to bring back was the hisuian typhlosion, the breeders had been obsessed with trying to bring that variant back ever since they found out which caused them to breed an umbreon cyndaquil mix with another hisuian typhlosion/flareon mix. Because of their parents Delta was born with weak legs, having to walk more on their front than they were supposed to. The wannabe breeders watched the hybrid keeping a close eye to make sure they were for the most part healthy, they did intend on selling them anyways. After a bad fall that caused more leg pain when they were a quilava the breeders finally stepped in, they decided even if this was a rare pokemon that they were going to get rid of them, the hybrid was a liability for them now. So in the middle of the night they brought Delta out into some woods where they kicked them out and drove off leaving the pokemon defenseless. Delta didn't understand what was happening, why did the breeders not love them? They then shakily walked through the woods trying to find somewhere to rest.

In the morning they wake up seeing that they had been discovered in the night. Delta looked around nervously, why were there so many pokemon with black and red gear on them? One of the pokemon moved closer to them before Delta shakily stood on their back legs letting out a roar trying to scare them away. The other pokemon didn't bat an eye before they walked closer, after a few seconds of standing up Delta fell down grunting in pain. One of the bigger pokemon managed to move them onto his back and lead everyone to a metal entrance, it looked like some sort of strange base. They were put into the medical bay of the facility where they slowly grew more strength in their forearms to help move their back ones. When Delta was fully evolved and was more bipedal one of the pokemon gifted them forearm crutches to move around. Delta was so happy they nearly cried, they were finally able to move around without needlessly injuring themselves. Delta took these new crutches walking around seeing just what this base was all about. As they hobbled around they saw so many pokemon chatting and being basically a family here. Delta has craved for wanting a family for all of their lives, so why not make one here where the others already so nice to them. So they joined Team Rocket.
