I have a brush with stripes I use.^^ But I try to give my best to NOT use it. It looks more organic when the hair is drawn separate.^^

No, the dragon form have nothing todo with kirby. That's why it takes so long to finish the new bio XD it's pretty complicated. It's like both forms lives in the same time, but in different universes. The real and alternative one.

I know the dragon form is separate. You told me before this version was going to be in a original story. I was asking if she still retains the same personality from what we knew before. Also, will both Neon's act the same or will different universes have different personalities?
