I think both the "before" and "after" images are equally appealing, in their own ways. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's a progression: Krystal is actually on the ledge of the canyon as seen in the first picture, but she's daydreaming, and the background changes to symbolize that.
Changing the background, I also note, shifts the position of the primary light source. I'm guessing the backgrounds are just static images behind Krystal, as it doesn't appear that the ambient lighting is actually affecting Krystal in terms of color.
On a separate note, I like how bushy Krystal's tail is here.

Well the main difference is i didn't make or alter the before background, and i did make the after one. And i used fancy particle stuffs as well ^w^
And the light source is decided when i render krystal in daz3d. and i will make the background match the lighting afterward.
I would love to have backgrounds rendered in daz but nothing will match real life backgrounds in quality, not to mention the render times are much quicker using after effects for the background.
And yea its a plain black shirt :3 i will only put a design on it if the pose shows here shirt
