i don't have Blender, its free?
i use SAI for add some effects and fix some things, but i will try Blender

Yep, it's free! It's not so difficult to use but not so easy either, so if you have any plan to use it I could help you finding tutorials ^^
I know Daz Studio is also free, and I think Maya too but I don't know how to use them yet. There are lots of softwares like these but not all of them are free, like 3DMax ^^
