This time you can draw ANY character you want, as long as it hits the brief! So, what exactly is the challenge?
The Challenge
Draw an illustration for one of the 5 short poems listed below
More info:
In other words: make a drawing that expresses or shows your interpretation of the poem
You can make it as litteral or as crazy as you want
You can draw ANY character(s) you like (OC/Fanart/Random, Humanoid/Anthro/Feral/Etc)
Backgrounds are not mandatory, but they do help to set the scene!
It doesn't have to be colored, but remember that effort is one of the judging criterea.

Basically you can choose one of a few poems and draw a picture with your character about it.

First I wanted the Madness themed one but then I tried out the concert/stage one and...welp this happened xD
I´m not sure if I´ll keep working on this one or if I´m gonna start over again but...

well here you go, this is my first real attempt on it x3

When I'm on Stage When I'm on stage, all fear ceases to exist
The feelings I get are so strong that all negative thoughts desist
The beat is felt throughout my body
Each note courses through my veins
The rhythm is refreshing
along with the melody in each refrain
I cannot hold back!
The music calls my name!
I take the mic and feel its cylindrical shape in my hand
The curtain opens as I stand
The show has begun;
there is no turning back
It is time for me to play my contribution to this performance track
The spotlight shines upon me like a blessing
It bathes me in its glowing splendor,
and I have become an otherworldly messenger
As the music is proceeding,
I know it is time to tell the world how I’m feeling
My heart beats with the bass
as my lyrics fill all the empty space
