The pose looks a bit static, with the rear hooves and tail looking posed compared to the forequarters. Not quite getting the sense of motion the title suggests. It could perhaps be that the reference has a low, straight horizon, while the skyline here is higher and tilted?
But that colour scheme... superb. If it is not too strange a comparison, you've captured that particularly beautiful colour balance seen in intricately patterned animals with three or more colours, such as African wild dogs, linsangs, hoatzins and lionfish. The small areas of Giraffe rosettes and solid bright blue make for some fine contrast and add areas on interest.
