BACK IN ACTION NOW, EVERYONE. This page took a while though. I did make some background and atmosphere changes, so sorry on that one. Because we all know how ugly inconsistency can be. As for the next page, I would say it should not take any longer than usual, but you see, there's these impala type creatures that I can just tell will murder me once I put them in any kind of action pose like I'll have to for the hunt. ANYWAY. I have nothing else to share with you guys for now, so please, enjoy the page!

Hmm, I read all your pages of the comic so far (I like it so far).
A few things I like to point out (since you requested critique, but I dislike the critique tool). Anyway, here you go (you don't have to take all my advice, since you should now I am more or less a beginner myself, these are just things I figured out myself and they don't necessarily need to be correct).
The rain for example, it looks a bit crocked how it falls, you also neglected to add far away rain behind the objects/animals. THe shadows looks a bit too strong for a rainy day/night scene. They need to be softer and less saturated.
Keep the lightsource in mind (it kinda looks at times as if the light comes from changing sources in each panel). Also the lightreflection in the eyes is distracting (a bit too white and strong and not fitting for a rain scene)
I like the colorssheme of the background. It looks pretty harmonic and you really let the mountains in the back appear as if they are far away (I still struggle with that :/).
To the comic page itself I cannot say much. I suck at drawing comics and I am the last one who should give critique about comic pages.
I can only say it looks good to me, I can follow it and the speechbubbles/fontsize seems fine.

Anyway- I do agree with your crit. (excluding the part where you said you are bad at comics XD I very much disagree to that XD) I need to focus more on the light sources, because I get confused easily when I'm shading. And the shading definitely does not match the scene. I also up am in a bad habit of just using white for the highlights on the nose, eyes, etc... you are right, because of the color of the shading it is distracting and makes it hard to tell which way the characters are looking... and making the mountains appear far back is really hard to get to look right. D: Usually I just take a grayish color and lower the opacity...
