LOOK WHO'S FINALLY GOT A DESIGN! This guy's been kicking around in my head for about a year now, and he's come a long way from the red panda inspired markings.
This iteration is based off of a gray fox; I came up with a rough design, but pretty much all you see here is done by Grey-Skiies . I gave it some minor tweaks from there, but they're very small

Riot (or Khan, as he's also known) is a personal character of mine, and I've been working on his backstory for a while; I'll save it for another time. Suffice to say that he was meant to die a hero, but instead lived long enough to become the villain.
