Ack, I have no idea for names. I guess something electricity-pun-like would be fun. Even if it's sneakily done.
I also agree with Kurai on the whole speech thing. I just played the 'Buz-Buz-Buzzlightyear to the rescue!' bit in my head, and it oddly fits!
