This is a basic front-on visual guide for Phinlings, the baby/child form of Phinleos.
They are much like chibi-fied Phinleos, with short chubby bodies and arms+ears that are too big for their own good.

Important things to note is their keratin plating, the gray (though actually any colour on real Phinlings/Leos) area on their nose, looks mostly the same between phinlings.
This is the minimum area that their plating can cover and usually only grows as they become adults.

While the circles marked on their heads is where their horns will grow in as adults, they never have horns or claws as Phinlings.
Gills are the same throughout life, and all four pairs on their shoulders and waist are essential.

Phinlings usually have simple colouring, a base colour and 0 to 2 extra colours as markings.
Hair and fins can have any sort of colour, and the colours of the Phinlings themselves can be anything under the rainbow.

Their pupils are always black, any other colour is a mutation. The rest of the eye, the iris (they do not have visable sclera) can be any colour.

Pawpads have been retroactively added in (note their feet do not have pads, these are flippers) and can be any colour.

It is possible to add extra traits and mutations to baby Phinleos via the use of a Wavecap or Glowlure, or they might these looks when they are born.
