yeah im having fun drawing aquatic stuff atm
the inspiration for this guy was a mix of seal, raquan, and generic deep sea fish :v

they usually have rock-like colouring and bright fins, so they lay along the seabed to trick others into thinking the fins are food
those who fall for it usually get grabbed and chomped
the glowing stuff is for grabbing attention and sight reason, though they do use it to daze others or even attract mates

i kinda want to play around with what sort of variations this species could have tbh
