Those of you who have seen ~ataramos ' artwork may notice a similarity with one of her pieces. I swear I had the idea for this before I saw her version. Originally I was going to draw a scene from one of her fanfics but it kinda evolved into this. This is NOT an attempt to show Ataramos up, in fact once I saw her version I wasn't even going to finish this. I was however coerced...Okay, told it would be okay...to finish my version. So I did. If you like my version then please take a look at ~ataramos ' version also.For the record, Ataramos said it was "sweet". I think she liked it : )

Thanks for the comments. I always find it amusing when poeple notice things I didn't consciously add, like what you noticed with Paine's eyes. I guess on some level it was intentional but as of right now I can honestly say I did not plan that. This seems to happen a lot with my art.

aw, so cute! i wish i had bloody FFX-2 so i knew more about paine... oh well. this is really well drawn, i love the way you make them into such classic cartoons... wonderful.
