Description
Trying some stuff out with Photoshop cos I didn't feel like going to bed.Mostly experimented with clouds and made a few brushes for the rain.

It's sort of surreal, but it has a real nice mood to it. At first I felt that it just doesn't seem to encompass much since the background takes up so much space, but after looking at it again, it actually works well since rain often fogs out everything like you have in that picture. Nice work

I love rainy pictures! This is really really impressive. The background and the rain effects grab most of my attention. It's so realistic! Very fascinating! If this is your first rainy picture, very cool for a first! The effort put into this will be put towards your further pictures!

Well it's probably not my first rainy picture, but it's probably the first where I figured out how to do it properly. (ie. Create a brush of a raindrop and throw in some random dynamics)
