You all knew he was coming, and here he is. My tiki version of the predator from Predator... and Predator 2. This has nothing to do with that AvP rubbish though. I like to pretend that those movies were never made.Related content

With a saw and wood glue?
I just don't know if transparent paint or regular craft paint would be best; that wood grain just looks too cool to exclude from a real piece

Yeah, I would definitely have to go with a transparent paint. Some sort of wash or stain. That would work well.
And, yes, it SEEMS that easy, but I can't cut a straight line to save my life.

you could cut just outside the lines and then sand down to the point you want, but that would be a lot of sanding...

haha. That's my problem. I always end up losing control of the saw and cutting INSIDE the lines.

Are you using a jig saw? If not... GET ONE. If yes, find someone to do it for you.
