ok first off, i like the blue beetle. growning up the ted kord version was my fav, of all the diff versions of him. i understand the reason they replaced him with a newer blue beetle and like how they tied in things from the golden age into the current one, however i do not like the new blue beetle's costume.

so i thought i'd give it a go at mixing it up here and there adding elements from all 3 diff costumes into one.
i added the red center ridge from the golden age costume on the top of the cowl and then made the goggels that ted kord would wear into a skin tight look but left the ted kord style face design but left the "you can see my mouth when i talk" from the current and left the black border chin strap thing.
added some black here and there to make it pop, left the mystical scarab things that poke out from behind his back in the new costume and the wrapp around ones on his torso and for the rest of the costume i wanted to look more tacticle with armour sections and the like.
my fav part is the belt, i think thats just cool.

thinking about coloring this one, if no one else wants too
