What started out as a pumpkin headed scarecrow at a local arcane community college literally took a life of it own when a disgruntled professor accidentally threw the rare 'dust of life' on the college's Pumpkin Headed Scarecrow they had no clue they would create 'Patch', the pumpkin patch raggedy wizard. Also his familiar is a crow, which i think is funny***
heavily based on 'jack Pumpkinhead' as see in the OZ books as the film "return to oz". i apparently have a thing for giving non human characters doctor who scarfs
