Air-Force Lieutenant Jacob Franco, is the latest to dawn the costume and assume the name of 'Patrioteer', a patriot themed hero dating back to WW2. Like those who came before him Jacob had to go thru numerous physical and mental test to prove him worthy of the name of one of many icons from America' 'Living Shield: Project'. The latest version of the Patrioteer is complete with his patriot shield (a must for all patriotic heroes) and with the x-Cirus 23-A flight and assault pack.

a jet pack with the speed cap of 200mph and with enough firepower at her disposal to make anyone wearing it a person to be feared.

was going thru the old gallery and wanted to give another go to one of the MANY of patriot heroes I did back in the day, and some how he came out Capt'n America w/ a upgraded Rocketeer jetpack.
