Torgo: the Traveling Elf salesman of "Wacky Wuldor World of Wizard and Witches: Cantrips and Scrolls" he is an "adventurer" merely as a way to meet wondering heroes to sale his wares to.

I wanted a traveling salesman style character, that was somewhere between Willy Wonka and Mary Poppins in look and style. the hat is a combination top hat/wizard hat with a Mary Poppins umbrella that he uses as his bounded wand. also his traveling case acts like his 'bag of holding'

I see him as being obsessed with his appearance, as he sees it as a reflection of status so he is constantly using "prestidigitation" to clean his outfit and he HATES going in caves
