Description
Well after one dialog with age2003 about interactiv christmass postcards we come to one cool idea. Unfortenalty i don't have time right now to lead i to a satisfactory end. Anyways this is just a very fast test of some parts of the idea.Controles:
Click on the any part of the sticks and drag. You will be able to drag this thing
Use box and button above to generate other random trees with different stick count

when you click in a certain place and drag it looks like the tree has some kind of nervous twitch... interesting ^^ i like it

Well thing is that when you drag it to left it goes to left. When you drag it to right it goes to right. And in some point when direction you drag it is opposite to where stick is faceing it starts to be nervous. Thing is that when it faces right and goes right and passes the cursor. So now you drag it to left. So it starts to shake left-right-left-right + if you drag it hard it starts to shake stronger... Was trying to find some way around to thins but it is not possible...

Neat Maybe you can try and use Bezier's (and their interpolation) to make the branches smooth, that would be awesome

I did It is caped by 500 and may be it looks like forest. You may hold 999 as long as you want but it does not get more then 500 after you hit the button

Not really. When you have 1 branch it is not stiff. When you get second branch the one to which it is attached becomes less stiff and so on. It just that each child branch pulls mother brench(to which it is attached) to it's own direction. As a result the more branches you have on this one the harder it's to move her... Something like that... There is no stifness parametr for them. Only parent brench, differanceAngle, point of attachment.

crazy i just thought it was points and constraints, and the angular constraints were from constraining to the point or the parent joint

Well it is but not on points but objects Was playing with one idea around. Idea about objects, centers of mass and so on. Things like ships in Cortex Command. At least that was idea in the begining. Need to to do ther stuff first and this i will leave till next year... Have a lot interesting to make without this

I havnt really been making anything latly, i just finished school for the year. I do a little bit of work on my ninja game for XNA every now and again. Ive been talking to alot of people i know about making a big project, ill have to wait and see how that turns out.
