I'm not sure what you mean by "shine", but the mirror effect was from an app on cydia. I can't remember off the top of my head what it was called, but I'm sure google or youtube could help.

Cool but how do you stop your wallpaper from dimming near the bottom it makes the dock lokk odd when it is dark near the bottom
Also i'd like that status bar too X)

The dock is simply a png file, so if you wanted to "undim" it you would just have to replace the dock.png with a new one that doesn't tint the bottom. And thanks, several people have asked me to share it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet

Use a ssh program like ifunbox (mac and windows) to drag and drop the theme folder to "Raw File System (Root) --> Library --> Themes"

The clouds aren't reflective, that's just the rest of the wallpaper. It's transparent
