This is one of my first main villains I've came up with. Sure her clothing is wierd, but if you say that she'd just grin, say thanks, and kick your ass.

Wraps has the ability to take anything she is wearing and stretch, harden, and telkinetically move. She uses the multiple sweater tied around her to use the sleeves to attack like tentacles (so the more she has wrapped around her the more dangerous she is). She could also cocoon them around herself completely and harden them up to act as a shield or a big boulder to slam into enemies, she can also shape them together into one huge fist to smash into someone. She uses the straps of her boots and one glove like a whip and her bandaged hand/lower arm unravels to reveal razorwire wrapped around her arm to have a deadly attack that can shred into anything. And on rare occassion she does know a few hex spells that she can use on her enemies.

She's really not that evil she's just very bad and does bad things out of pure entertainment. One of her weaknesses is she's a gamer geek and if offered would rather play video games then kick someone's ass. She's also into tabletop rping, finds geeks sexy, and loves to be filmed. Especially when it's humiliating a superheroine. One time she knocked out one of the shy superheroines, stripped them down to there lingerie and kept them bound out in public for everyone to see what she did, even spraypainting her name on the wall nearby.
