Firstly, a male Espurr named Akage (赤夏)

Nature: Calm, Trait: Somewhat stubborn, Ability: infiltrator

Likes- Pokemon, quietness, battling

Dislikes- Pokemon, socializing, emotional pain

Moves:

- psychic

- reflect

- double team

- thunderbolt

Background:

(He has selective amnesia before being in the orphanage) Since Akage could remember, he has been an orphan. He was always frequently bullied, getting called ugly and etc. The bullies frequently challenged him to fights. And.. well he always beats them up on his own (with his smarts). However it wasn't because of anger but actually because he just doesn't like losing. As a result, the Pokemon in charge of the orphanage frequently scolded him and punished him.

Once when an Absol, Tenmei, was passing by the orphanage Akage was in, he stepped in to help. Since he made a mess, Tenmei wanted to help Akage by explaining to the Pokemon in charge of the orphanage. However, his friends called out to Tenmei but he told them to wait. But Akage told him to go back to his friends and leave him be because they're waiting for him, unlike he who doesn't have anyone waiting for him.

"You don't have any friends? Then I'll be your friend, how about it?" "..." "Then it's a deal! We're friends from now on!"

Akage said nothing but Tenmei insists that they're friends. Akage doesn't mind so they're friends.....?

From then on, Tenmei started visiting the orphanage and eventually got his parents to agree to taking care Akage (but they didn't adopt him! just caring for him, but Akage takes this as if he's been adopted). Tenmei is sure that they're good friends but Akage is unsure.

Personality:

Akage has trust issues. Even though he trusts Tenmei more than any other Pokemon, he's still not sure as he always doubts his friendship with Tenmei since he's only known him for 3 years. He doesn't like mingling with other Pokemon other than Tenmei. He won't make new connections for fear of hurting himself in the process. He also lies frequently to prevent being hurt but Tenmei sees through most of them.

However, Akage is quick-witted and can think of solutions/ answers to problems quickly, partly due to him lying often. He remains calm in dire situations as well as situations where others are prone to panic or get overwhelmed by their emotions. He's pretty mature as a result. He will also be forever loyal to the Pokemon whom he open up his heart to (like good friends). To many Pokemon, he'll seem like an Espurr who never opens up his heart to anyone or trust anyone. In actual fact, he's lonely and wants someone to see through the barrier he puts up.

Note: He does not have three tails. He just has rather overgrown fur near his hind legs and one relatively long tail!

Secondly, the also male Absol, Tenmei (天明)!
Nature: Sassy, Trait: proud of its power, Ability: super luck

Likes- looking cool, socializing, making others happy, helping others, Pokemon

Dislikes- ?

Moves:

- Psycho cut

- Shadow claw

- Sucker punch

- Double edge

Fears: friends leaving him, sadness

Background:

Much the opposite of Akage, Tenmei was spoilt/ loved by his parents. His father, a Delcatty, taught him how to fight and look cool at the same time (supposedly.....). Then he helped a certain Espurr that was being bullied as he was passing by an orphanage, and self-proclaimed them as friends. Tenmei spent a few months with the Espurr and eventually learnt that his name was Akage. Having taken a liking to Akage, Tenmei pleaded his parents to take care of Akage as his friend.

Akage got out of the orphanage and received warm treatment from Tenmei's parents. They lived a happy life for several months... Until one morning, Tenmei and Akage found Tenmei's parents mysteriously dead.

Personality:

Also the opposite of Akage, Tenmei genuinely likes to mingle around (friendly) and is relatively talkative. He also really likes to make others happy and help them (and also to see them smile) and is optimistic about situations. Of course, he also likes looking cool and fashion and style. He likes being affectionate to every Pokemon (but he's not flirting) but of course he gives more affection to close friends. He tries to be patient with others no matter what, not wanting to get angry at them. He's a rather open Pokemon, accepting anything and everything.

Tenmei doesn't seem to hate anything but he does bear a grudge against the murderer of his family. He also rarely gets angry but when he does, he's pretty aggressive. Furthermore, since he was brought up in a spoilt environment, he is also quite foolish and naive. For example, he doesn't think that any Pokemon in the world is a bad Pokemon and will help anyone (even his family's murderer), thinking that no Pokemon would want to really harm him. He also thinks that once he says you and him are friends, you guys are thus friends.
