(going to assume you know how to use selfylab, if not let me know)
First take your url (using the default one here)
image2.atgames.jp/selfy.swf?&h…

then add "_motion" at the place where it goes "/selfy"
Like so:
image2.atgames.jp/selfy _motion.swf?&hair=10517872&face=10517884&top=10517893&bgFlg=1

add this at the end after "&bgFlg=1" : &motion=&width=350&height=505 (small) or &motion=&width=350&height=605 (large) *IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE THE WIDTH!*

your url should look like this at this point:
image2.atgames.jp/selfy_motion… &motion=&width=350&height=505

last step/s is to find your motion code and paste it into the bid where it says "&motion="

to get the item code: right click the image then copy the part of the url that comes after "images/" and before the ".png"
(the bolded bit is the pose code)

I had trouble with this in the beginning too
The tutorial I used forgot to mention not to mess with the widths but I figured it out in the end

I had to mess with the widths that I got from my tutorial, from like 475 x 650 to 400 x 600, mostly because I have a square monitor so it freaks out
