Decided to go through this template since this felt like a really productive year for my comic! For the first time in a while it felt like I was actually going forward with overall progress, rather than feeling like it was just floating stagnantly. I guess losing career and educational opportunities to a pandemic gives you a lot of time for your hobbies, huh?

If I had to summarize what I think improved most about my comic over the past year, I'd say it's a tie between writing and overall quality! Which is to say, polishing it up and making it look presentable with things like line quality, lettering, and composition. There also were pages that I wanted to reference in this that I finished a while ago, but I figured it was worth not spoiling them if it meant I just had to select other pages instead. Hitting plot beats this year was also satisfying! It'll only ramp up from here, and I expect by 2022 we'll really get in the thick of plot development.
