HERE HE IIIIIISSSSS I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT HIM, Y'ALL BETTER BE TOO

Since Octavous is really new, I'll be updating his info frequently, but for now, here's the basic stuff:

-Name: Octavous Von Unterwelt
-Age: 29
-Height: 15m (When in the regular world) 8' (In the underworld)
-Species: ???
-Birthday: Febuary 16
-He's a big softie
-Though he was sent to the deep inferno, Octavous is an absolute sweetheart
-He's really gentle, and is always so careful when interacting with the regular world
-His voice is very deep
-Octavous loves to sing, creating music is what he does most of the time
-He'd love to play instruments too, but his size in the regular world prohibits that, and it makes him sad
-He ""works"" with a travelling performer, named Harmonia
-The two write songs together, they really enjoy doing so, and love each other's company
-Octavous is more of a "show stopper", he only appears to the masses at the end of Harmonia's shows if there is a need
-Harmonia's performances act mostly as a way to drag out those in higher positions who are corrupt
-Once they're in a vulnerable place, Octavous is the one to take care of them
-This could be death, or simply putting them into shock (I'll elaborate more on this later once I figure everything out)
-Octavous is a bit of a goof, he likes to make people laugh
-When he's not "punishing" someone, or spending time with Harmonia, he returns to his place in "Hell" (I'm going to change this later, I haven't thought of a name yet)

Design notes:
-The tip of his tail is a bass clef
-He doesn't have any pupils or irises
-That's a cravat under his beard
-His teeth are sharp

That's really I can think about for now, I'll definitely be fixing/adding more later!
