Description
The two Wall.es scrambled up the ladder as fast as they could, equally panicked by the sudden outburst of harsh noises spilling into the chute from above and concerned for their partners, who hadn't yet returned from the Captain's quarters. They spilled out of the trash chute and into the Captains Quarters in the middle of a tense lull in the fighting. The autopilot was dangling through a hole in the ceiling, staring down the two E.v.e.s and Captain Shimada, his eye glaring bright red and flashing the A-113 symbol. GO-4 was hovering near the floor, his epaulets raised in a threatening gesture. The two E.v.e.s had their plasma cannons trained on them. GO-4 held both seedlings with his tractor beam. He suddenly threw the seedlings at the garbage chute, and the two Wall.es caught them, springing away from the chute to hand them back to the E.v.e.s. Auto noticed and suddenly pulled up through the ceiling, then dropped down in front of them, the glare from his eye intensifying.
The two Wall.es tossed the plants towards their partners, who caught them with their tractor beams and quickly shut their plant support chambers, both hissing at a now recklessly charging GO-4. At the same time, both Wall.es attacked the Autopilot, Wall.e 18138 springing into the air in a flying pounce, while Wall.e 18135 directly lunged at the rogue steering wheel. Wall.e 181838 grappled Auto by the top of the steering wheel, and the bottom of his chassis, weighing him down and partially restraining him. Wall.e 181835 jumped and grabbed onto the bottom of the wheel, further restraining him. Auto started wildly bucking and spinning around, trying to throw both Wall.es off. They held on with iron grips, hissing and trying to further restrain Auto. At one point, Wall.e 181838 tried to reach up and turn the Autopilot off, but was forced to adjust her grip when Auto realized what she was trying to do, and bucked particularly hard. After a few moments of struggle, Auto seemingly slumped in defeat, and the two Wall.es relaxed and let go.
Once he was free, Auto sprang at the two Wall.es, arming his tazer spokes. Both Wall.es saw the attack coming and dodged, sending Auto swinging into the lid of the trash chute. He bounced off of it and cut loose a harsh static squeal, then retreated towards the ceiling, tazers still armed. His casing now had a sizeable dent in it, and the glass lens in front of his camera like eye was now cracked. Both Wall.es rereated away from the garbage chute, growling and hissing at the mad wheel. At the same time, the two E.v.e.s both locked onto GO-4 with their tractor beams and brazenly threw him at the window- hard. GO-4 crashed through the window, and fell towards the pool. This time, the combined force of the E.v.e.s throw caused GO-4 to explode into a mess of parts- not on the near side of the pool, but on the far side of it, distracting the SECUR-Ts that were on duty. They then regrouped with the Wall.es to help fend off Auto. Auto now started to lose it. He lunged at all four synths, tazers armed to maximum charge. All four synths lunged at him at the same time, themselves preparing to loose bolts of electricity strong enough to knock Auto out. This time, the electrical explosion that ensued was more powerful than the previous one, injuring all four synths and knocking them out. At the same time, Auto suffered severe damage, with much of his internal circuitry being fried, and his tazers becoming disabled from the sheer volume of electricity flowing through them. At the same time, the cracked lens exploded, and Auto lost much of his vision. He hung where he was, momentarily stunned, and then, with difficulty, he grabbed onto all four injured synths and dragged them to the trash chute, weakly throwing them in. He then retreated up to the bridge without a word. Captain Shimada, having been watching the Directive A-113 video while the conflict was going on, steered back to find all four of the synths missing, Auto retreating back through the hole from whence he'd dropped, and all communications mysteriously terminated. She then spotted the broken glass and heard the echoes of metal banging against the insides of the metal chute, and put two and two together. She glared up at the ceiling, and whispered, "So this is Mutiny..."
