The Scutleruckus is an artificial hybrid originally bred by the Warlord Army as a means of seizing metal and raw ore on an industrial scale. Unfortunately for them, the Scuttleruckus did their job a little too well, stealing even the armor, shields, and weapons off their own ships and building it all up into a massive scrap metal pile on an isle outside the warlords territory. The Warlords have for the moment scrapped the Scuttleruckus as a part of their army, leaving the dragons to fend for themselves. The Scuttleruckus has adapted to feral life surprisingly well, setting up a breeding colony on the frozen shores of Icestorm Island. These dragons are surprisingly friendly most of the time, and are easily trained as long as the rider doesn't mind having their metal objects occasionally pinched and hoarded... or added to the dragons armor. The Scuttleruckus is also very hyperactive, and easily distracted by shiny objects of various kinds. This has lead to dragon riders discovering Scuttleruckus hoards containing everything from pitchers and helmets to fish scales and burnt out torches. When things get serious, the Scuttleruckus shows a hidden side: it turns aggressive and incredibly stubborn, and will refuse to back down from a fight... even against overwhelming odds. This dragon blasts blindingly hot green fire, and can also heat up its own armor and throw it at its enemies as molten slag. It also displays the unique ability to heat up its own teeth and cauterize its own bite wounds as it makes them...
