It's a test and you're gonna get some feedback on it. I have a few pointers about the shirt and the area around it. Since we're looking at him from underneath, the lower shirtbend needs to go upwards and not down, and the same goes for the top of the shirt where it meets the head. The shirt cuts off a larger part of the head then what it does now. This is a tricky one to explain... imagine you're looking at a trafik cone (red with a white "band" around it) from underneath. The white band goes around it with the bend going upwards. It's the same effect that's supposed to happen here with the shirt.
Another detail is the face and hair. Unless he's expected to look down at the ground, they needs to be angeled more up. I believe a small part of the eye needs to be cut off by the top-head bend.
I have a good tip I can give. When drawing a perspective like this, it's a good idea to use a triangle model in the rough sketch, where everything's wide at the bottom and gets thinner the futher up you gets.
