Proof that system rigging has occurred. Oh me, oh my...am I that much of a threat to the spotlight?Really? I apologise for being too popular .___.

This was ages ago mate, the problem was already resolved close to the end of June. I don't see why you'd bother to drag up ancient history mate xD.
That said, aren't you that writer that uses other people's art as his covers without permission. I've heard quite a bit about you friend :3

xD Well this problem was solved back in July. You should check the dates.
Anyway remember you should always get permission and only use the art if they reply, it's polite. Otherwise you'll just get reported for being an art thief bro.
Otherwise people are going to look down on us writers as copycats.

i try but if have to wait three months for someone to visit thier page so i can broadcast thier art i'd much rather give them the decision to take it down by alerting me, and take the risk. besides i cant draw a stick figure much less be an artist X).

Yeah in that case its called illegal, it's a breach of copyright to use something without permission mate xD, unless its a tribute to their work.
Taking the risk just makes you give writers a bad name

Haha agreed, I'm trying to improve the literature community by ensuring people give proper credit, but a lot of artists still use images without credit and without permission :/ which is actually a crime in most states under US law

well alll of us arent that legal sazzy. i ussually gave credit to save myself getting attacked by my own conscience, and got permission cause it just seemed fair. many people probably just don't think to do this and since they arent making a profit they probably think its perfectly alright

Yeah, sadly that's why I try to educate people. They won't catch you at first, but if some day you make a profit, they will go back and they can claim on stuff even if its not profit :/ Happened on youtube many times

i've seen you on the main page for the 24 hour list. and the 3 day list and even the week list. you have even gone up to top 5 on some of them. you and are always on there when either of you write.

Seen yes, but no longer. Recently, they have crushed this completely. Which is why this appeal is occurring. They are denying work which an artist worked hard to prepare, simply for...any number of reasons which they have yet to state.

Hmm... this might have some legitimacy.
However, maybe it just got pushed back to the next page. There might have been that many good works of art; enough to push it back off the front page. I'm just trying to see if there's another reason for it before I jump to this,so forgive me if I've insulted you.

Well in this particular circumstance, the uncategorised frontpage usually showcases the top piece from every category, however recently literature was pushed off the uncategorised front page (this was before my two day black out period), now I am back and everything seems to be as it should be. I will continue to monitor things ^^
