Born in Hillsboro OR with a twin brother, picked up a tomboyish attitude from her neighborhood scraps and learned to hold her own in a fight. Family moved to Portland when she was age 7. Worked as a waitress after graduating high school, lost her job after gaining her powers due to pre-1944 Oregon state laws barring metahumans from working in certain establishments. Snuck into Fort Bragg through her husband Tommy's duffel bag and blackmailed the entire camp command into enlisting her.

Powers: Limitless elasticity, extreme durability, can turn into a liquid state at will, shapeshift, and can change her density. Aging has been permanently frozen at age 25 due to the onset of her powers. She could theoretically stretch herself into a transcontinental ten-lane highway but she doesn’t, because that would be too embarrassing for her

Personality: Excitable, very energetic, optimistic, also very brash and prone to rushing things as opposed to planning and strategizing. Has a very strange but warm sense of humor. Some of her solutions may seem ridiculous as first but as she says, "If it's stupid but it works, it's not stupid."

Her skin was bleached to chalk-white when she got her powers.

Also her costume is basically an athletic suit with Army surplus gear: Armbands, gaiters, and the belt.
