Ok, I was thinking I would let you guys decide. should I paint, or colored pencils. and what colors? What the hair color should be, eyes, clothes... ect.

Coloured pencil. I'd do red hair, grey eyes... Blue and green clothes.

Your perspective is a wee bit off, maybe something to work on.

The placement of the ears conflicts with the shape and angle of the head.

oh. Well I already know I screwed up on the ears. But it is my own style. So I don't mind the angle/shape of the head. Everybody has their own style.

Nono. I mean.

If the ear was in the right place.
It would be fine. There's nothing essentially wrong with the shape of the head in the angle the drawing suggests it is displayed from. However, in that angle, the placement of the ear is wrong.
