The Dollmaker's Hand is a massive hand made from various slabs of flesh. As The Dollmaker itself cannot move from it's sanctuary, The Hand and it's female counterpart both allow the Dollmaker to spread his horrific deeds anywhere. Their doll heads function as a shield for their black brains and can spit caustic burning mucus. Being a hand, it can do anything a hand can do (including swatting, punching, pinching, slapping, poking, grabbing, and making obscene gestures). The tentacle strings at it's severed wrists let it hang onto ceilings.
