I think Jared P can hold up Jensen A because Jared said he bench presses 150 pounds to 350 pounds several times a week with several reps per time...he said this in the panel at one of the conventions and he always did the physical fitness stuff while on set...Jared said he did all these things...so wink wink...it is really hard to lift someone almost the same height as you...
