hey ik you've been using medibang paint for a really long time so I wanted to ask you about how you got that glow effect.. going on. it's really cool and I honestly can't figure out how to do it unless you used some other program pss

its really easy i can explain! okay so what you do is you draw the lines or whatever you want, so here lets say um
make a black background canvas, draw a white circle on it, to make the circle glow you go to the top and press select layer by opacity, then
select and expand by like 2 or 3 pixels i usually do, and then go a layer under the circle between the black bg and the cirlce and color it white
then merge the white underlayer with the white circle ,... or wait i guess u actually dont need to do that part since its already a white circle wtf..
okay and then expand again and use a color like a light neon blue and do it again and then go to filter, and then glasusussic blur or whatever and do it like 6 or 8 i usually have it as
SORRY IF THAT WAS a long explaination i can make a nice tutorial with images if u want/??
