Hmm, had one of those horrible urges yet again to draw something more genericly "Anime" than my usual fatigues and kevlar. So here's the latest effort toward blending in to the Giant-Stompy stream. Pretty much a poster type thing. Pilots, Mechs, space station and a couple of drop ships. The dude at the top is the usual mech-rookie (his mech's the one on the left). Lower left is the Veteran, doesn't like the Rookie one bit, though he worships the ground that she walks on. To borrow one of Midget's phrases "hard as a coffin nail". Last but not least is the Commander, who's entire function as far as I can tell is to sit around and privide eye-candy for the rest of the bridge crew. Tried to do the uniforms a bit more fancy than usual, still couldn't quite bring myself to give the Rookie that groin protector that makes regular apearences on mech-pilots' armor. It's only true purpose appears to crush the main character's genitalia so as to restrict testosterone levels and allow him to ANGST for the entire series. As I said before, the stompy on the left belongs to the Rookie, a sniper version. It forgoes the wrist-mounted beam-sword and shoulder missile launchers of the combat type (on right, belongs to the veteran) exchanging them for a steadier hand and uprated sensor system. As a final note, take a close look at the drop ships. They have GUNS, a must for any dropship. However, I don't know about anyone else, but I have NEVER seen an anime drop-ship take off or put down underfire, so they may be redundant

Ok, this took me bloody ages to do, mainly 'cause I haven't had time to work on it. Pretty much took it from pencil line art to finished in a couple of hours. And yes, I know I messed up the Commander severely. For starters she should be looking inward for picture composition. And if I hear ANYONE mention her anatomy (which I know I messed up) I will personally kill the Ferret.

Anyway, have fun kids. There was probably something else I meant to write, but can't remember right now.
