)Bottom Left - Sysmetrix (abracadabra skin from [link] )
Bottom Right - METclk (cannot remember where I obtained it from)
Middle Right - Trillian Pro 2.012 (Aluminum Alloy: Cryogenic Blue skin from [link] )
Windows 2000 is the OS. The skin (thanks to Windowblinds) is also Aluminum Alloy: Cryogenic Blue (from [link] ).
