Ok so this is rant time.

this thing might not make any sense but here goes...

I've been wanting to rant about this for a long time, but today I was a bit angry, so I figured I would.
Alright I can't be the only one that thinks that some of the 'popular' artists on DeviantArt are complete assholes. Now before you go and say about - insert popular dev name here - , I know that not all popular deviants are assholes, ok? This is just about a few of my experiences with certain popular artists.

I'm not going to list any usernames or anything like that. I don't want to direct this at just one person (although this rant was because of one person). I can't even say how many times I've just been straight up ignored, excluded, and been told that my art isn't 'good enough' by those popular artists. Who the fuck gives you the rights to say or do those things to another deviant? I've tried helping out some deviants with problems the same as mine. They'd post journals and whatnot and one day I decided to send them a note to see if I could help them out some. I took time out of my busy day to send that person a note (rather lengthy one at that), and I said as much as I could to try to help them. I didn't even get a 'thank you.' In fact, they unwatched me too (not that I care about that). What I DO care about is that, again, they were an ignorant asshole. They didn't give a fuck about my help. This sort of stuff makes me think that they do indeed DESERVE their problems that they have. It literally only takes a few seconds to type in "thank you" and send the note back. Was it REALLY that hard for them to do? I mean EXCUSE ME for actually caring, and wanting to help you. I learned my lesson, I won't try to help you pricks out ever again. You're the worst of the worst. It sure is a good thing that your art is good, cause your personality is total shit.

They need to get off their fucking high horses for a change. It's a damn shame that people like that are worshipped by so many people who probably don't even realize how much of an asshole that artist is. People like them don't even deserve the popularity they have. I'm sure those deviants don't even care. They take that fame, and US for granted. They don't give a shit, and they never will. I will forever look down on all of those ignorant deviants. They have lost my respect, loyalty, and support, and they'll NEVER get it back.

Who cares about your art style? Who are you to tell me that I'm doing a certain style wrong? Art is art - there's no right way or wrong way to me. As long as you enjoy it, who even cares? You're a fucking asshole for even telling me that I'm wrong for making my art the way I do. I'm HAPPY with it, so fuck you! ^_^

Please don't ask who all this rant was about. That's strictly for my friends and I to know.
