a place in the ground so hollow

laid to rest no tomorrow

the salt and the son, have now both, returned to the earth

I searched all my life for my Father

but now I am damned back to my Mother

at the end of the day I'm just another

number a casualty

so pure and so sure

but now I search no more

the truth an oasis out in the desert sun

seek not the path, seek not that devils den

it's just a mirage, a journey without an end

seek only peace, the embrace of a loving friend

seek not the hurt from wounds that will never mend

search in yourself and not at the worlds end

find your own truth your soul will rejoice again

find your oasis out in the desert sand
