“In the light of the recent loss of a cub and ongoing worries about citizen safety, we are instating some public safety lessons for the young of the city. Sentinels will be spending some time giving basic safety overviews. Topics such as not going out at night alone, not eating random food that you find, where to find a sentinel if you're worried, etcetera, will be covered. Common sense seems to be missing these days… try to let the lessons sink in.”

Valerian just finished up a coliseum fight when a small tribune runs under her not paying attention. Valerian proceeds to teach the tribune how to watch where they are walking.
